September 22, 2023, Riga - On September 21-22nd, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, Nicolae Roșca, undertook a working visit to Riga in the context of participation in the international conference "The Role of the Judiciary in the Execution of Judgements of the European Court for Human Rights", organized by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Latvia. During the visit, a bilateral meeting was also organized with the judges of the Latvian Constitutional Court for the exchange of experience and the planning of further cooperation.

The Latvian Constitutional Court traditionally offers its support in the process of reforming the judicial system in the Republic of Moldova, especially through projects aimed at strengthening the institutional capacities of the Constitutional Court of Moldova, within which study visits or video conferences were organized for the exchange of experience and the studying of good European practices.
