Biography

H.E. Andrian Roșa served as the Head of Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration between 2019-2020. During his diplomatic career Ambassador Roșa was posted to the Republic of Bulgaria (2012-2015) and subsequently to the USA (2016-2018). In the period 2018 – 2019 His Excellency served as Senior Consultant for Foreign Policy to the Foreign Policy Advisor of the President of the Republic of Moldova. Before joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Mr. Roșa lead the Department on Foreign Relations and European Integration within the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (2009-2010), as well as held positions at the Republic of Moldova’s Custom Service (2007-2009) and Ministry of Finance (2004-2007).

H.E. Andrian Roșa holds a master degree in International Relations with the Moldovan Academy of Public Administration and a Philologist, teacher of French, English and Foreign Literature degree with the Kyiv National Linguistic University.

During his professional career Mr. Roșa graduated several training center programmes, among which: Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) and Korea International Cooperation Agency - KOICA (Seoul and Seongnam, Republic of Korea), Invitation Program for young diplomats from Central Asian, Caucasus and European states (Japan), Academy for International Business Officials (Beijing, People`s Republic of China), Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute, Australian Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade, the World Customs Organization.

H.E. Andrian Roșa speaks fluently Romanian, English, French and Russian; Bulgarian and Ukrainian – conversation level.

Mr. Andrian Roșa is married and has a child.
